*Terms & Conditions of Sale*

The ticket remains at all times the property of SweetDreams Interactive Theatrical Events and Tulleys Farm.

Each ticket will admit 1 person to the chosen event and contains a unique non-sequential number-barcode. Duplicate or damaged tickets will not be accepted.

All of our events clearly indicate if they are especially appropriate or inappropriate for specific audiences. No liability is held by the Festival for guests purchasing tickets to unsuitable events.

Events & Performances with advertised age-limits will have those restrictions enforced. Ticket-holders who cannot prove their age for such restricted performances may be refused admittance and no refund will be given.

All tickets show the face value clearly on the front side

Tickets are non-refundable in all cases except those outlined below.

Tickets once purchased cannot be exchange for a different performance.

Spare tickets can be offered back to the Box Office for re-sale, but the Festival's own tickets shall take priority. When tickets are offered for resale the Festival Box Office shall inform the seller within 24 hours of the transaction, and make the funds available for collection within 7 days. Resold tickets will be charged a 15% handling fee.

All events are, unless advertised otherwise, outdoors and subject to the weather. The performances will continue as advertised until the management consider weather conditions to be too extreme, at which point the performance will be moved into a suitable indoor venue.

Should a performance be cancelled at any point, then all purchased tickets will be accepted for a full refund. In such cases it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to return the tickets to the Festival Box Office within 14 days of the cancelled performance to claim the refund. Tickets returned after the 14th day may not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the ticket-holder to wear suitable clothing taking into consideration the changability of the British Weather. The Festival accepts no responsibility for ticket-holder illness or injury caused by weather-related elements.

Main Stage ticket-holders are welcome to bring blankets and picnic-style supplies, however all rubbish must be placed in the litter-bins provided and no barbeque or cooking facilities are permitted onsite.

Woodland promenade-ticket holders are encouraged to wear suitable shoes and clothing to wander through the uneven floors etc of a natural woodland area.

We strive to make all events as wheelchair-friendly as possible, but guests with mobility restrictions are encouraged to call or email the Festival Box Office before purchasing tickets to confirm suitablility.

The management reserve the right to refuse admittance.

Ticket-holders who display unruly or disruptive behaviour will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.

Group Bookings will be invoiced at the agreed discounted fee, but any such booking must be cancellation must be given 7 days in advance. Any group-booking cancelled with less than 7-days notice may be liable to pay the full fee (please see terms and conditions of booking included with your Group Booking Invoice).
